Load button not working on Windows#112

The Windows releases, .exe or .jar, don't show the file chooser when you click the Load button. I assume this has something to do with LWJGL libraries because I saw the other issues. But the readme does not mention LWJGL as a dependency or anything. Windows 10 x64 22H2 EDIT: I didn't have the JRE/JDK x64 versions installed apparently, I did and it's working now.
