Refactor and Optimize Asset Hosting & Styling#1

# Changes - Made it possible to it via a single import css, except for Shoko and Stash - Project uses **jsDelivr** now. - Sorted items alphabetically. - Uploaded the Images to the GitHub repository instead of imgur. - Extracted **Stash icons** into `stash-icon.css` and **Shoko icons** into `shoko-icon.css`. - Renamed `icon.css` to `public-icon.css`. - Adjusted the **CSS selector** to target only links inside `itemExternalLinks`. - Removed Planned and Errors headers, since I think I resolved all of those # Testing You can try out my branch here: https://github.com/Arlind-dev/jellyfin-icon-metadata/tree/my-instance
