Currently we have `SPDX3_CONTEXT_URL` constants in 4 files. All of them have a value "https://spdx.github.io/spdx-3-model/context.json". But the URL in no longer valid. Do we like to update the value to "https://spdx.github.io/spdx-spec/v3.0.1/rdf/spdx-context.jsonld" ? Or we don't like to coupling it too much with a particular version?
