Close neolink talk when the input stream closes#318

Please describe.** When trying to use neolink talk to achieve less lag on the reolink doorbell, the neolink process never ends once the input stream ends. See: https://github.com/blakeblackshear/frigate/discussions/11924, even with the example neolink talk that takes the mp3, once the mp3 runs out which is 9seconds worth, neolink remains open on the terminal. when piped via ffmpeg on frigate, go2rtc shows it as still being open **Describe the solution you'd like** When the input stream is closed, end neolink talk. Thank you
