After you `initThreadPool` can you go back and adjust to a new set of threads?#20

I want to do some performance testing with various configurations of thread count. Is there an easy way to update or reconfigure the thread count from the initial `initThreadPool(thread_count)`? I'd also settle for a clean way to just dump any existing/initialized workers/threads and just start fresh. Thanks!
