In addition, the repo that this was forked from [@extend-chrome/rollup-plugin-chrome-extension ](https://github.com/extend-chrome/rollup-plugin-chrome-extension) now has Vite support in beta and also supports MV3 and is actively being maintained. `rollup-plugin-chrome-extension` also has support for `--watch` mode, in case you are still waiting for #6 to be fixed.
