### next-on-pages environment related information _No response_ ### Description Seems like due to usage of `global` here : https://github.com/cloudflare/next-on-pages/commit/95951ac360a4d116c2aceaf1370060a562df60c6#diff-7922bb1ecc46756a0cadcda81b809341881b3d7cdd68a60fc3fcf519835ea3e3R47, I cannot deploy my site on workers anymore. I rolled back to 1.13.10 and it is working again.
