Possible redundance of `equake-set-winhistory` in some places.#17

In GitLab by @artemyurchenko on Aug 11, 2020, 08:22 Right now, `equake-set-winhistory` is hooked to `buffer-list-update-hook`. So, it seems redundant to call it in `equake-move-tab` and `equake-new-tab`. I removed this calls and traced the variable value. It seems to behave the same way as before. Am I missing something? Is it okay to remove them?
