Added main_full_gc.d, based on the Java implementation. Highly unlikely to be perfect; all I did was a simple translation from the Java version with no attempt to architect it differently. A D expert can likely slim this down, but it should still use full GC and runtime if they do. Added its own section in the D README.md.
