feat: Add support for links by replacing inner value#62

By default, links are replaced by their title, which makes them completely useless in a TUI. This PR makes a compromise by replacing them with their URL appended, like `Hello (https://iamalink.com)`. This way, links are visible and actionable. Opted for no styles, as in most cases a user should probably read over them, and most terminals will underline them anyway.
