**Describe the bug** In the page viewer you used to be able to drag and drop a page to move it, this no longer seems to work. **Exact Steps to Reproduce** Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1. Go to page viewer in an open book 2. Click and drag a page trying to move it front of or behind another 3. Mouse becomes "not allowed" symbol and page is not moved **Version/Commit (check the about page, next to the version, for the string between brackets):** - Version: 0.9.180 - Commit: 763bfaa **Additional context** I'm not sure when this stopped working, it's been a while since i needed to fix page order.
