It could be useful to have a module which implements functionality missing from libm, similar to what we do for builtins/intrinsics in the builtin module. https://github.com/GNOME/gtk/blob/master/gtk/fallback-c89.c would be a good starting point, but it's LGPLv2+. @fanc999, it looks like you're the sole author… would you be willing to release that code into the public domain ([CC0](https://creativecommons.org/share-your-work/public-domain/cc0/)) so I could steal it for this repo?
