It suddenly started working I guess, and prettified the bootstrap.min.css file, which obviously we don't want prettifying. Couldn't easily see how to stop it. I guess we just want it to prettify our JS files in `events/`. So it's commented out of `.pre-commit-config.yaml` for now.
