I've added a unlocked padlock which is now standard displayed. When the lock button is pressed it switches to a locked padlock. This way it is easier to see whether the padlock is in its locked or unlocked state. Also had to edit the `onLockToggle` method to set the lock to a unlocked state when, for example, pressing the program button. Note that I've only tested how this looks on Windows, since it would be too complicated for me to build it on Linux and OS X. This would close #18.
