[Bug]: All tracked devices went unavailable after HA restart#372

### What happened? After I left the house with my family all our phones and laptops vanished from the network and were correctly marked as Away by the integration. But then after few hours I restarted HA due to some update and all devices not present on the network were marked as Unavailable, with HA reporting the entities as no longer provided by the integration. This is not expected behavior, right?
