[Feature Request] Locally link playlists#439

Similar to the existing save as local feature, but it maintains a link to the source playlist, allowing the list to be updated as videos are added to the source playlist. Would be useful for WIP series and the like. Mabye using `:sl=i` (i.e. save link) as the syntax?
