feat: More flexible interval output. Add settings.#3

Thanks for the useful plugin. I added some features to allow more fine-grained control of the interval display. Allow showing time intervals other than days:  Also settings to control output:  **Note**: Only lightly tested, but appears to work. I'm assuming the date format is consistent even with different localization settings. If that's not true, the time parsing part will probably fail.
