Our docs have an svg background image that I wish would have some animation in it. Just some (slow) motion to the waves would be fine.  Technically it should be fairly easy to use the [\<animate>](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/SVG/Element/animate) tag for that.
