Linux ARM is now available and free in Github Actions: https://github.blog/changelog/2025-01-16-linux-arm64-hosted-runners-now-available-for-free-in-public-repositories-public-preview/ 2. the actions/cache older than v3 are deprecated and will fail on February 1st, we have one usage of v2 to migrate. https://github.com/actions/cache. Note that previously even v3 was supposed to be deprecated so we should migrate to v4.
